Responsibilities:

Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for leadership.

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Analyze sales, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition costs across multiple channels (DTC, retail, wholesale).

Partner cross-functionally to monitor KPIs, track margins, and support inventory and COGS reporting.

Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and long-term strategic planning.

Identify risks and opportunities across the P&L and recommend actionable solutions.

Support process improvements and automation to scale financial reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

4–6 years of FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking experience—ideally in consumer products.

Strong Excel knowledge

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams.
