Job Title: Data Entry Analyst

Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854 (On-site)

Duration: 3+ Months

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our team at a leading fragrance house in Piscataway, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our commercial team. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up of ongoing tasks across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry Management:

Review, organize, and enter accurate data into internal systems based on inputs from the commercial team.

Track open requests and report on data accuracy, flagging discrepancies and assigning reason codes.

Proactively raise any issues or unexpected outcomes to the commercial team.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
