Positions Available: Case Managers - BCaBAs and Case Managers (Tier 2). Pay DOE $35-50 per billable hour. Plus paid drive time, mileage, health benefits, 401K, ABA experience hours, flex schedule, and more for those eligible! You also may be eligible to participate in future company projects - contributing in exciting and innovative programs within the ABA industry.

BCaBA/Case Manager Position Requirements:
Bachelors, Master's or doctoral degree - required
BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques
Experience designing and supervising ABA programs for clients
Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members
Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with the latest research and best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in BCaBA position OR 3 years total in a case management position in ABA therapy
Job Description:
Providing Clinical Direction: Offering guidance to the Case Managers and RBTs, with guidance from a BCBA
Develop Individualized Plans: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's requirements, with guidance from a BCBA
Supervision: Ensuring RBTs receive appropriate supervision as outlined by insurance funder, the BACB board and clinical recommendation. The BCaBA and Case Managers are also provided mentoring, thus maintaining the highest standards of care.
Case management: Overseeing and collaborating client cases, including coordination with support staff like the case manager and Behavior Technicians.
Support Staff Management: Responsible for guiding and supervising support staff involved in the ABA program. Provide supervision and mentorship to BTs/RBTs and direct care staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Conducts RBT supervision hours and RBT competency assessments, as needed
Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Client and Family Interaction: Maintain open communication with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve treatment goals.
Progress Reports: Responsible for submitting progress reports 3 weeks prior to the authorization end date. Submitting progress reports that are clinically sound.
Client Assessment: Collaborate with BCBA during client assessments to understand the needs and behaviors of clients, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, reports, and data analysis.
Data Analysis: Analyze data collected during sessions to inform decision-making and treatment adjustments
**Note: The prime time hours are Monday through Friday between 12 pm to 7:00 pm (flexibility and some PM availability is required) Weekend hours available. This is a part time position with the opportunity to grow your case load to full time. Candidates within a 30-mile radius are preferred for this position. Compensation for commuting between clients or from the office will be provided.
