Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Oracle ERP Cloud Financials opening for our client in Seattle, WA.

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 5 months

Duties:

Support the design and implementation of a risk management application using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and scalable solutions aligned with future state recommendations.

Gather and analyze business requirements to inform system design and implementation strategies.

Provide insights and best practices related to user experience design across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.

Participate in Agile project delivery and manage timelines for mission-critical initiatives.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and contribute to strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivery of value.

Skills:

Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, with a strong understanding of its modules and configuration.

Proven experience with risk management application development and deployment.

Strong UX/UI understanding across digital platforms.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to lead and advise cross-functional teams.

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant consulting experience, including Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.

Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and stakeholder management.

Prior involvement in risk management or financial systems is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75/hr to $90/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
