Practice Manager
Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to manage the daily operations of clinical practices within a specified area. The role aims to ensure patient care, operational efficiency, and team development. The Practice Manager will oversee 3-6 healthcare providers and staff, focusing on resource allocation, workflow optimization, and staff coordination.
What You'll Do
Foster a collaborative, team-based environment to support optimal patient care and provider coverage.
Proactively allocate and adjust staffing to maintain consistent operational coverage.
Monitor staff productivity and quality of care delivery, ensuring timely and high-standard patient interactions.
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues, including patient complaints, scheduling conflicts, and staffing concerns.
Continuously assess and improve workflows to enhance productivity and care quality (e.g., monitoring unlocked charts, panel management, etc.).
Identify care gaps and work with the team to meet quality metrics and improve health outcomes.
Oversee administrative aspects of staff management, such as performance management and PTO requests.
Ensure clear, consistent communication within the practice and across clinic teams to support clinic goals.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience in a clinical management or healthcare operations role.
Proven leadership and staff coordination abilities (at least two years of management experience).
Strong problem-solving and workflow optimization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Nursing licensure (RN, LPN) OR equivalent healthcare experience without licensure.
Background in public health, population health, or quality improvement.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
