Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Mechanic:

Diagnose & Repair: Quickly identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues in fleet vehicles

Preventive Maintenance: Perform oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and routine services

Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough checks to catch problems early and provide accurate repair estimates

What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Mechanic:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a mechanic or automotive technician

Solid understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics

Skilled with diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
