At All Embracing Home Care, we believe in providing high-quality, person-centered care that empowers older adults to live with dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes. We are currently seeking dedicated Care Managers to support our Aging Services Division across the Grand Forks region.

Your Role:

As a Care Manager, you will provide essential in-home care services to older adults, helping with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and household tasks. Your work will help promote safety, wellness, and meaningful engagement for seniors in our community.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)

• Support meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands

• Provide medication reminders and monitor overall wellness

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Follow individualized care plans tailored to client needs

• Communicate observations and concerns to the care team

• Maintain accurate documentation and respect confidentiality

• Uphold a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Passion for working with older adults

• Dependable, empathetic, and patient personality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Clear background check

• Willingness to complete paid training in aging and elder care standards

Preferred (but not required):

• CNA or caregiving experience with seniors

• Knowledge of aging-related conditions such as dementia or mobility issues
