We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our In-house agency. He/she will help bring big ideas to life, have innovative and modern skillsets, and a fresh aesthetic that elevates the Equitable brand, and drives engagement through original design solutions. You will be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, as you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, and social media
Design high-impact marketing collateral, including email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, and social assets
Extend and evolve the Equitable brand through fresh, forward-thinking creative
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, and business partners
Create production-ready assets and oversee projects from concept to completion
Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity
The base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $95,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading creative across digital and print mediums and strong knowledge in campaign
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Understanding of PC-based applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Complete knowledge of print process including experience attending press approvals
Experience designing for web, mobile, email, and digital advertising
Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions and a deep understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy
Ability to provide a portfolio
Preferred Qualifications:
Confident communicator with the ability to lead design reviews and sell ideas through polished storytelling
Exceptional presentation skills clearly articulating creative concepts and design decisions to stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
General knowledge of Insurance and Financial Services industry
Balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking
Understanding of Figma for UI and collaborative design
Skills:
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design principles; ability to use effective graphic design principles to develop and publish organizational information.
Graphic Visualization: Knowledge of visualization tools and techniques; ability to create visual images of ideas, concepts and physical objects to communicate abstract or concrete messages to a target audience.
Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Search Engine Marketing(SEM): Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid advertising methods and technologies; ability to drive traffic, promote products/services and grow business using SEM.
Social Media Marketing Management: Knowledge of social media; ability to develop and use social media strategies and tools to increase sales by strengthening brand identity, visibility, and reputation.
Web Design and Development: Knowledge of web design and development; ability to design and develop websites for marketing.
