Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

? What You'll Do:

Sell the ACT experience to professional drivers

Source candidates via Tenstreet, referrals, and digital channels

Conduct interviews, assess fit, and guide candidates through onboarding

Track activity and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance

Partner with truck driving schools and industry associations

? What You Bring:

Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers (required)

Tenstreet experience (preferred)

Sales mindset and closer's mentality

Strong communication and organizational skills

Understanding of employment regulations
