About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales team. You’ll take ownership of our five SDRs and should bring a track record of managing top-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll partner directly with the CEO and be given ownership over shaping the SDR team culture from day one. This role is ideal for someone who loves frontline leadership, thrives in metrics-driven cultures, and knows how to coach, hire, and hold reps to a high bar.
This role will come with meaningful equity compensation. Our SDR culture is in-person, and this role will be based in our SF HQ office 5x per week.
What You’ll Do
Directly manage a team of 5–10 SDRs focused on outbound prospecting
Drive team performance to hit quota: 10 Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) per rep/month
Own daily team activity metrics: 100+ cold calls per rep/day
Manage individual SDR performance, 1:1s, trainings
Source, hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs while continuously upleveling the team
Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs across productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline value
Partner with CEO on outbound strategy
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of SDR team management experience (must have directly managed reps)
Background in B2B SaaS, with recent experience at a startup (<1000 employees)
Demonstrated success running high-volume cold calling teams
Experience owning full SDR lifecycle: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Strong command of outbound metrics and data-driven management
Benefits
The expected OTE range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000
The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance
