BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyzes IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Assists in project and resource planning to synthesize I&O project information, facilitate IT stakeholder and participant communications and relationships with IT division teams.
Accomplish project planning activities for implementation of IT solutions.
Gathers information from project managers and IT team members for use in preparation of content.
Write, proof reads, and edits technical and non-technical content to convey IT activities, schedules and process flows.
Receives instruction/training in user and technical documentation.
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:
36 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
-OR completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems AND 18 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
-OR completion of undergraduate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration AND 12 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
-Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
