This is a key strategic hire for a well-established, international organisation operating at the forefront of industrial supply and distribution. If you thrive on building new relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing deals that move the needle, then this role is for you.
What you'll do
Proactively identify, engage, and win new business opportunities in the Dutch market
Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored, value-led solutions
Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on net-new client acquisition
Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What you bring
A proven track record in B2B sales or business development- ideally in the electrical, industrial, automation, or technical solutions space
A driven, self-starting approach with strong commercial acumen
Confidence in value-add sales opportunites
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
Based in the Netherlands with the flexibility to travel regionally
