Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operational logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and assisting with facility needs.
Monitor team schedules and manage internal calendars to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing and distributing important documents, including meeting agendas, reports, and progress updates.
Serve as the point person for departmental communication, ensuring processes align with company goals and compliance standards.
Review and maintain records for accuracy, including budgetary expenses, invoices, and contracts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing workflows and offering solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in administrative/operational support, preferably in the healthcare industry.
High proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, solutions-driven team player with a passion for healthcare operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
