Role Description: Intern

As an Intern at Alicia DuBose State Farm Agency, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a successful insurance agency. This is a unique opportunity to develop professional skills, gain industry knowledge, and work alongside a team dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most to them. Youll assist with administrative tasks, client interactions, marketing efforts, and more, all while learning the ins and outs of the insurance business.

Responsibilities:

Support Operations: Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling, communications, and record-keeping.

Customer Engagement: Help respond to client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.

Sales Support: Shadow sales conversations and learn how to identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Marketing Assistance: Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and community outreach.

Learning Opportunities: Participate in training sessions and gain hands-on experience in insurance processes, tools, and systems.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and contribute to special projects that support agency goals.Qualifications:

Current Student: Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
