Employment: W2 Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Location: St. Augustine, FL Distribution Center (Distribution Center will be relocating to Palm Coast, FL).

Position Purpose:

The Fulfillment Associate is an essential part of our distribution team, getting our products out to our customers and franchises. This role will require you to ensure the freshest spices and teas are sent, inventory levels are maintained, and the warehouse and equipment are always ready for the next order.

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

Maintains specific perishable stock levels by rotating stock, pulling according to receiving dates and communicates the monitored levels to the inventory control analyst for reordering purposes.

Maintains prepackaged inventory levels of perishable products in Units of measure (UM) levels of 1lb., 2lb., 3lb., etc. to enable the filling of distribution orders in an accurate and efficient manner.

Uphold the general maintenance and cleanliness of the bagging machine to ensure accuracy and minimize cross contamination.

Assists in receiving inbound shipments verifying for accuracy and damages while performing quality control by inspecting all perishable products received for quality and consistency and promptly notifies appropriate party when an issue arises.

Assists in receiving and fulfilling distribution orders for accessories, spices, salts, sugars, blends, rice and tea to expedite orders and make certain an efficient, streamlined process.

Assists in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and the inventory according to the scheduled warehouse cleaning rotation.

Assists warehouse and production teams with additional tasks, when needed.Knowledge and Job Requirements:

Ability to frequently climb ladders and stairs, perform overhead lifting, bending, and stooping.Physical Requirements to perform the essential functions of this job:

Consistent ability to utilize hands and fingers to perform tasks as necessary for job duties, which may include operating machinery, handling materials, or typing (8+ hours per day).

Consistent capacity for visual acuity to monitor processes, examine materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met (8+ hours per day).

Consistently communicate in English utilizing both written and oral methods including the use of speech and hearing to communicate effectively with team members, clients, customers, and the ability to engage in verbal discussions and listen attentively (8+ hours per day).

Consistent ability to perform various physical tasks that require continuous standing (8+ hours per day), walking (8+ hours per day), bending (8+ hours per day), reaching (8+ hours per day), squatting, (8+ hours per day), lifting; up to 50 lbs.(8+ hours per day), carrying (8+ hours per day), pushing/pulling (8+ hours per day), and maneuvering within a warehouse workspace (8+ hours per day).

Ability to perform repetitive tasks (8+ hours per day).

Ability to visually identify products and their characteristics (8+ hours per day).

Frequently climb ladders and stairs (3-5 hours per day).

Operation of, but not limited to, stocking, picking, inventory, packaging, kitchen, and computer tools and equipment (8+ hours per day).
