Pay Rate: $34.00 – $36.59/hour

Shifts: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans

Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals with patients and families to reduce hospital readmissions

Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing assistants and supervise implementation of interventions

Maintain clear and timely communication across care teams and shifts

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Active LPN license in the State of North Carolina (or compact license)

Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
