Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager! The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

$66,000 - $74,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met

Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction

Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property

Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases

Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fairQualifications:

Past sales experience is preferred

Some weekend and evening hours required

Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person

High School Diploma or equivalent

Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team membersAbout Company
