DevOps Engineer

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, 4 days a week)

Salary: $50.00-$57.00/Hourly

Role: DevOps Engineer

Primary Skills: DevOps

Role Description: The DevOps Engineer must have 7 years of experience. In this role as the DevOps Engineer, you will support web properties.

Required Skills:

- 5-8+ years of DevOps Engineering experience

- Strong preference coming up as a developer prior to moving into DevOps

- Programming knowledge (Nodejs, Python, GoLang)

- Strong AWS experience (AWS certs preferred, but not required)

- Strong Kubernetes experience (Kubernetes certs preferred, but not required)

- Linux knowledge is important

- Gitlab knowledge

- Terraform knowledge (terraform cert preferred, but not required)

- Network knowledge (From layer 3, 4 and 7).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
