Based primarily at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA, this position demands a go-getter attitude and proximity to the site.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensuring efficiency by testing and troubleshooting a variety of sophisticated electrical control systems.
Establishing strong streams of communication between the organization and its clients to facilitate project success.
Undertaking tasks from the spectrum of programming to troubleshooting, while simultaneously expanding technical skills, especially in PLC programming and airport automation.

Non-exempt hourly position.
Directly reporting to the Sr. Program Manager.
Travel involvement ranges from 40% to 85%, majorly within the domestic circuit with a prospect of international travels.
Engage closely with the Manager of Controls Engineering and join forces with fellow technicians.
Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a TSA background check and pre-employment, customer requested, or random drug screening.
Physical Specifications:
Prepare to climb ladders, work within compact surroundings, perform in dimly-lit areas, and withstand varied temperature settings. Flexibility and resilience are necessities.
Skills and Experience Sought:
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and developing electrical control systems, particularly PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and AutoCAD.
Prior experience with Ignition software will greatly aid your candidacy.
Adeptness at optimizing control systems for optimum operation and resolving electronic component issues swiftly.
Proficiency in interpreting electric schematics and generating electrical designs.
Thorough insight into electrical and controls apparatus and their appropriate applications.
Strong grounding in safety measures and proper PPE handling.
Excellent abilities in using hand tools, power apparatus, and electrical testing tools like multi-meters.
Adept in Microsoft Office suite and other basic computing skills.
