Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Summer Intern to join our Brokerage & Leasing department, providing marketing support with a strong focus on enhancing our firms social media presence. The ideal candidate will help drive engagement across digital platforms, promote property listings and agent profiles, and strengthen brand visibility through strategic content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and growing the companys social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that highlights property listings, agent achievements, client success stories, and market updates
Assist with the creation of marketing materials and digital assets (e.g., flyers, infographics, short videos, etc.)
Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to develop agent profiles and promotional spotlights
Research industry trends and competitor social media activity to inform strategy
Track and report on social media analytics and engagement performance
Maintain brand consistency across all content and communications
Support other marketing initiatives, events, and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in commercial real estate and digital marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
