Inventory Control Manager

This position ideal for someone who can lead, troubleshoot, and optimize warehouse inventory functions with confidence. Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with safety protocols.

Lead and mentor a team of warehouse leads and associates â including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory receiving, returns, and product handling to support workflow efficiency.

Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory variances â including receiving, shipping, cycle count errors, and system discrepancies.

Execute cycle counts, walk-offs, and annual physical inventory audits with precision.

Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Ops, etc.) to resolve invoice issues and support outstanding service.

Manage safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal policies.

Track and report KPIs related to inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and process improvement goals.

Requirements:

3+ yearsâ experience leading inventory control or warehouse teams (union and non-union environments).

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (AS400, RA6000 preferred).

Confidence in solving problems using data â from cycle count discrepancies to inventory trends.

Not a position for those afraid of heights

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening

Ability to write SOPs, lead audits, interpret technical reports, and present findings across departments.

Certified Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar certification is a plus.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus!

Schedule:

Monday â Friday

5 AM - Until the team finishes production

Supervisors must be okay with working long hours at certain times of the year. These hours can pour into the mid-mornings during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Yearâ s Eve, St. Patrickâ s Day, Fiesta, or Valentineâ s Day.

Pay Rate:

$60,000 - $80,000/Annually
