Assessor/Appraiser II:

Grade 9 (Local 1626) $26.94 - $35.95/hourly

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Description: (PP/PT) Locate, identify, view, measure, record data, and appraise residential and vacant properties to establish an estimate of market value for Ad Valorem real estate tax purposes. Determines the appropriate classification in accordance with mandated guidelines and appraisal schedules, procedures and appraisal methods. (see job descriptions)

Current Vacancy: 2 Regular, F/T positions (Within the compliment of an Assessor/Appraiser I OR Assessor/Appraiser II)

WORK HOURS, WORK LOCATION

Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, overtime as necessary and approved.

Work Location: Itasca County Assessor's Department, Second Floor, Courthouse, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN and County-wide on field projects.
