Wage Range is $150,000 to $180,000/annually Credit given for experience.

How you will make an impact:

The Vice President of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical services across ABHM Senior Living communities and disability services. This executive role ensures delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, reimbursement outcomes, and strategies and operational excellence while supporting the company's mission and financial objectives.

Schedule: This is a full-time day shift position. Availability for on-call consultation during off-hours for critical situations. Must be able to respond promptly to facility emergencies or regulatory issues.

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.

Current RN license in good standing.

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or senior living.

Previous experience at an Executive level or above with multi-facility and multi-state operations is preferred.

Strong understanding of CMS regulations and reimbursement models in multiple states and service lines.

Position requires travel to multiple facility locations (approximately 25%-40%).
