Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida!
Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 19 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma.
The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
