Description

Job Responsibilities:

Processing parts through cleaning, wax and bondablube

Ensure all safety devices are in place and are in proper working order

Specific safety equipment is to be worn during operation - i.e. safety glasses, earplugs, face shield and rubber gloves

Confirm that all hoists are in proper working order

Confirm that fluid levels in tanks are at proper level

Make sure all ventilation fans are operating

Check all tanks for proper temperature

Refer to specification sheet SS0002 for cleaning, SS0003 for Etching and SS005 for Waxing

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance

Positions requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Position may require bending, kneeling and stooping

Use proper PPE and follow all safety procedures

Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors and chemicals
