La Mesa RV is looking for a UI/UX Designer.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
You’ll drive design across internal and customer-facing applications that serve Sales, Marketing, and Inventory. Your focus will be on building intuitive, responsive, and cohesive interfaces that align with both product strategy and technical constraints. This role blends UX research, UI design, and close collaboration with engineers to ship functional, user-friendly tools.
You’ll define workflows, build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and ensure implementation stays true to the design vision. Your designs will be built with best practices in mind and refined through user feedback and testing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Establish and maintain a consistent design system across teams and products.
Improve existing interfaces for clarity, accessibility, and usability.
Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
Balance technical constraints, user needs, and business goals when making design trade-offs.
Provide clear documentation and specifications for engineering handoff.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Tailwind or similar utility-first design systems.
Strong UX research skills—interviews, usability testing, synthesis.
Proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, design systems).
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns.
Effective communicator who can explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities in parallel.
