Description

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Program Manager to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). The PRTF Program Manager will lead our PRTF program, which is a new level of residential care within the State of Ohio. Our Program Manager is a critical leader in program development and implementation at the organization level, and in building a new system of care in the State. The PRTF Program Manager assures safe and therapeutic care for clients. Position responsibilities include staff supervision, coordination and management of service delivery, assurance of program compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies, and assurance of program quality.

What you’ll do:

Appropriately manage funds for the Houses and youth.

Provide support to staff and programs to help ensure quality and compliance in clinical care which may include training, program structure or development, documentation compliance support or other necessary tasks to support programs to achieve compliance and quality.

Keep records of internal audits and peer reviews and analysis data

Assure documentation meets OhioMAS, ODH, ODM and COA standards ODMH, JCAHO (Accrediting, regulatory bodies and payors.)

Clinical supervision of Mental Health Technicians and Milieu Specialists scheduled at least biweekly for each individual and with the team on a regular basis.

Collaborate with peers to appropriately match acuity and staffing resources.

Participate in Critical Incident reviews, Patient Care Monitoring, and Disciplinary meetings.

Maintain licensing and professional credentials and currency of professional competency by participating in required continuing education offerings and through supervisory oversight.

Qualifications

Who you are:

You have a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.

You have one year of child/adolescent mental health experience.

You have one year of supervisory experience.

You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT.

You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
