Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Greet visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with their needs.
Assist in office management tasks, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling correspondence and documentation.
Requirements
3+ years of administrative support experience
Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
