Full Stack Engineer

Position Description

Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution and Data Architects, and other Engineers to build and enhance features across the TADA platform.

Develop full-stack solutions across the front-end (React) and back-end (C/C++, Python, Node.js, etc.), ensuring performance, usability, and maintainability.

Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and cloud service infrastructure, ensuring integration, security, and performance standards are met.

Partner with Solution and Data Architects to align platform development with customer delivery needs.

Work within a fast-paced, agile startup environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and rapid iteration cycles.

Translate user experience wireframes and designs into functional, responsive web applications.

Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from an engineering perspective to ensure feasibility, performance, and consistency across the platform.

Contribute to testing, debugging, and tuning of applications.

Document technical decisions, architectural patterns, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing.

Desired Profile

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development (internships or personal projects in lieu of full-time experience may be acceptable).

Exposure to or experience with both front-end and back-end development — ideally using React and a compiled language like C++ or a scripting language like Python.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API design).

Interest in user-centered design and collaboration to build intuitive features.

Familiarity with Git, agile workflows, and development best practices.

Strong willingness to learn new tools, languages, and systems as needed.

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.

Base Pay Range

Expected pay for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 annually.

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
