MEP Project Manager

Seeking an MEP Project Manager to work with one of our clients on a boiler replacement project for a state agency based out of the Bronx. This role will be for a PE licensed engineer to step into an oversight position assisting with the development and implementation of construction plans working closely with the client.

Responsibilities -

Lead, coordinate, and oversee large-scale construction projects, with a focus on managing mechanical equipment installation and integration.

Develop and execute comprehensive construction plans; monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Manage and supervise multiple contractors and skilled trades on-site to ensure efficient project delivery.

Engage with clients to provide consistent project updates and manage expectations; oversee key business functions including productivity tracking and billings.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables using electronic project control and scheduling tools.

Collaborate with senior leadership across both internal teams and client organizations to align project objectives and performance.

Prepare and present detailed management reports to highlight progress, identify trends, and recommend areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications -

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Environmental

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a senior management role

PE Certification required

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Strong communication and time-management skills

Housing Authority or similar experience required

Experience with Boiler and related mechanics
