WFN Project Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project Consultant to lead payroll-related initiatives. The consultant will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation of configuration updates and structural changes within our payroll system. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in ADP WFN, specifically in payroll setup, configuration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration and implementation of a new salary non-exempt payroll type.

Update overtime calculation rules to align with revised business requirements.

Manage the merger of two U.S. entities, including the seamless transfer of approximately 600 employees from separate pay codes into a primary pay code.

Support the creation and configuration of two new entity pay codes within the system.

Execute a PTO configuration update, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.

Collaborate with internal payroll, PX, and project management teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive documentation and testing.

Provide expert guidance on ADP WFN best practices and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience as an ADP WFN Consultant, with a strong focus on Payroll and Configuration.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex payroll projects, including pay code creation, mergers, and system integrations.

In-depth understanding of U.S. payroll laws and compliance regulations.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
