Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist (Entry-Level – Training Provided)

What You’ll Do:

Assist with processing weekly and biweekly payroll

Support HR with onboarding paperwork and employee records

Ensure timekeeping systems are accurate and up to date

Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office software

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior office experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate
