What You Will Do:

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

Ensure projects are completed on time

Monitor progress and quality of work on-site

Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

What You Will Bring

Passion for construction

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within at least one of our core market project types – Education, Healthcare, Civic

Excellent communication skills

Experience in Commercial Construction is required
