TS (SCI) AFSIM Engineer
Location: Langley AFB Hampton, VA (FULLY ONSITE)
Clearance Required: TS with SCI eligibility or active TSSCI Clearance
Compensation: $120k to $160k per year annual salary.

Must Haves:
Experience with scenario development and performing analytical assessments of combat weapon systems using mission-level constructive simulation tools, including AFSIM, Suppressor, ITASE, or NGTS
Experience with a variety of COTS and GOTS M&S and data science tools, including Matlab, C++, Perl, or Python to manipulate data between different formats and perform post-processing of data
Knowledge of U.S. and foreign combat weapon systems, including aircraft and ground-based air defense systems
Ability to apply Operational Analysis principles, theories, and concepts to execute study plans and analysis matrices
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Plusses:
Experience with developing AFSIM scripts to customize model behaviors and decisions within an analytical scenario
Ability to analyze large amounts of raw model output to identify key drivers
Ability to distill, summarize, and articulate complex technical insights and findings

Day-To-Day:
