Project Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and tracking of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Monitor project progress, identify variances, and propose mitigation actions.

Prepare project reports including cost performance, schedule status, and risk analysis.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production departments to ensure alignment with the project schedule.

Ensure compliance with project control processes and corporate governance standards.

Provide support in resource forecasting.

Participate in project reviews, audits, and client meetings.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions where required.

Experience in cash flow projections and budget tracking will be an added advantage

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in project control, preferably in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry.

Proficient in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of marine engineering project workflows is an advantage.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
