We’re looking for a Professional Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals across a variety of corporate functions. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to a high-performing, fast-paced, and collaborative recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and nurture long-term candidate relationships.
Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and uncover hidden talent.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate or professional staffing/agency setting.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Proven success in recruiting for exempt/professional roles such as client services, project management, and implementation
