URS Properties is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations at Farmhouse Apartments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about resident experience, and ready to grow into leadership within multifamily property management.

You’ll support the Community Manager, lead daily administrative and leasing functions, and play a critical role in resident satisfaction, rent collection, and property operations.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the Community Manager with all aspects of property operations

Manage rent collection, track delinquencies, and post daily deposits

Maintain accurate records for move-ins, move-outs, and resident activity

Prepare and send out lease notices, renewals, and policy communications

Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Oversee application processing and leasing paperwork accuracy

Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing strategies

Support leasing efforts as needed—including tours, closings, and follow-ups

Ensure Yardi and resident files are consistently updated and organized

Step in to lead operations in the Community Manager’s absence

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

2+ years of property management or related industry experience

Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of leasing processes, Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord/tenant laws

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently

Bilingual skills are a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of property management experience preferred

• Working knowledge of Yardi strongly preferred

• Ability to walk the property, conduct unit tours, and work across multi-terrain sites

• Full-time availability with consistent onsite presence
