Manufacturing Engineer

I am currently recruiting for an early to mid-career Manufacturing Engineer for my client in Water Valley, MS (just outside of Oxford) who manufacturers Solenoid & Controls for the automotive & industrial markets.

This is a 225,000 sf facility with over 500 people, they are ISO, VPP and IATF certified.

The Manufacturing Engineers spend nearly 80% of their time on machine up time and troubleshooting problems on the floor. They need to be very technically inclined and will do very little design work. This person will also focus on reducing waste and helping lead LEAN manufacturing principles around the plant.
