Role Description

Generators of Houston is seeking a skilled and experienced structural foundation foreman. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong technical expertise, and be able to lead foundation construction projects with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee foundation construction for generator install projects

Read and interpret blueprints accurately to guide project execution

Work with structural steel and concrete to meet design and safety requirements

Manage and coordinate teams on-site to complete tasks effectively

Safely operate and drive company truck with trailer

Qualifications

Proven skills in blueprint reading and structural concrete work

Experience in concrete foundation construction

Strong leadership skills and ability to work self-motivated

Valid Driver's License and ability to operate company truck/machinery

Strong problem-solving skills

Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards
