Senior Project Manager

The candidate will have experience in managing multiple, multi discipline TI and ground up commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish. The candidate will be able to manage client and subcontractor contractual obligations taking into account project timelines completion, communication, documentation, safety and risk identification and mitigation planning. This individual should have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. The candidate will be exposed to commercial aerospace and Federal projects of various types.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee completion of multiple all discipline construction projects

Attend job walks, develop SOW response and submit bid response package

Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan

Assess risks and establish contingency plans

Develop, implement and execute risk mitigation and quality assurance plans

Prepare and present monthly management cost review forecasting and establishing positive profit

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction project management in commercial and industrial construction management for full ground up and TI construction projects.

Demonstrated track record delivering on time and profitable commercial and industrial construction projects

Strong communication skills

Experience working with a team

Business Development a plus with bonus structure

Must be located to work in Southern California and work daily from Orange County Corporate office.
