Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in St George, UT. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their roofing and siding needs, providing solutions that meet those needs, and making sure the job gets complete on a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include meetings, generating leads, closing leads provided by the company, writing up an estimates, final inspections, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the roofing team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively. As part of their role, all Sales Associates will also serve as Project Manager. This dual responsibility is inherent to the position and does not constitute a separate role or position within the Company. As Project Manager, the Sales Associate will:

Order materials

Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project is executed according to standard, including material quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to project specifications.

Clean-Up and Site Maintenance: Ensure that the worksite is kept orderly and clean by the guys during and after project completion.

Deadline Management: Monitor project timelines and ensure that all milestones and completion dates are met. Proactively address any delays or obstacles.

Final Inspection: Perform a thorough inspection of the completed project to ensure all work meets quality and contractual standards.

Collections: Take full responsibility for legally collecting what’s due from homeowners on jobs that you’ve sold.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Lead Generation

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Knowledge of Roofing and Siding products or related experience is a plus

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
