Title: Territory Sales Representative (Travel in and beyond McAllen, Texas)

Pay: $26/hour

Extra benefits: hourly + commission

Duration: Long term contract

Location/Environment: Travel in and beyond McAllen, Texas

Minimum Requirements:

Proficiently speak English and Spanish

2+ years of current experience in an outside sales role mixed with account management/territory management

Client/Customer facing, CRM, face-to-face sales, professionalism

Must be okay to travel when needed and be local to McAllen, Texas to report onsite when needed Details:

Act as a liaison between customers and client, either by managing assigned business accounts or building a personal portfolio.

Drive customer retention and sales by meeting or exceeding targets in sales count, volume, and margin.

Conduct site visits to top-value business customers, ensuring they understand their billing, usage, and energy efficiency opportunities.

Provide on-site solutions using a company-provided laptop, update customer management systems, and communicate new products and services.

Serve as a Move Manager for high-value new customers, facilitate energy audits, and provide feedback to Segment Marketing on customer insights.
