40 Hours per week- Monday-Friday (in-office only)
Job Description:
Work in Montana in the Renewable, Solar and Wind Market! Our stable-growing company is adding to the team a self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized associate to support the administrative and office facets of the company. Summit Energy Group provides project and construction management services to our clients who develop and build some of the largest utility scale renewable power plants in the United States. This position will build upon, optimize, and facilitate various home office administrative tasks to support the organizational operations.
Analyze, organize, and log monthly employee documentation.
Monitor monthly employee location reports.
Stay updated and apply relevant per diem regulations, standards and company best practices.
Collaborate with fellow administrative team members on a regular basis.
Pay:
DOE $20-24/hr

Reports To:
Human Resources Manager
Preferred Background: Bachelors or Associates in Business with a background in general business or a related field is preferred but not required. At least 2 years of experience with a similar role and responsibilities. Must possess the ability to manage online, phone based, and remote training and troubleshooting tasks professionally and efficiently. Proven experience delivering training and presenting to small and large groups. Demonstrated experience gathering and compiling information to analyze and evaluate complex matters.

Job Responsibilities:
Per Diem Compliance Management
Employee documentation collection and retention.
Field home office phone calls and regularly check messages.
Field home office mail and regularly distribute as appropriate and needed.
Local driving and shipping items when needed for the office or field teams.
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
Other day-to-day home office administrative job functions as needed.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing with intermittent kneeling or bending.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle for purposes of running office errands, such as shipping items as needed.
