**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled High Reach Forklift Operators with experience in operating high reach and dock stocker equipment. The role involves not only operating forklifts but also engaging in material handling tasks. You will be responsible for unloading materials and merchandise, stacking them in assigned locations, and transporting raw materials to production workstations. You will also maintain inventory records, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to a safe and orderly work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate high reach and dock stocker equipment effectively.
+ Assist with material handling tasks throughout the day.
+ Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in designated places.
+ Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
+ Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
+ Transport raw materials to production workstations.
+ Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
+ Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
+ Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with high reach and dock stocker equipment.
+ Forklift operation, especially with Crown reach trucks and stand-up forklifts.
+ 6+ months of prior forklift or equipment operator experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Raymond and Crown stand-up forklifts is preferred.
+ Solid work history, ideally 1-2 continuous years at the same company.
+ Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training on equipment.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $20.05/hr.
