**Job Description**

Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in building high-speed automatic industrial doors from the ground up. Each door is customized for our diverse range of customers, ensuring a unique assembly process for every project.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble spiral doors while working in a team-oriented cell environment.

+ Utilize overhead cranes, lifting platforms, and various hand and power tools such as drill punches, grinders, heat guns, and impact drills.

+ Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and stand for the entire shift.

+ Read and interpret prints and use basic math skills to measure and map out the length of parts.

+ Undergo cross-training in all assembly areas to gain familiarity with products and company culture.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 6 months experience using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

+ Proficiency in basic math, including fractions, and ability to read from a ruler.

+ Capability to stand for the entire shift.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in production or mechanical assembly.

+ Familiarity with using a tape measure.

**Work Environment**

Work hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with the first shift running from 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM and the second shift from 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Mandatory shifts of nine hours are in place from Monday to Friday. The work environment is clean and team-oriented, with no climate control but a comfortable atmosphere due to limited heat generation from fabrication machines. The exact work location is at 1353 N Wacker Dr. Hartford, WI, and it is important to use the specific address when mapping it out to avoid confusion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
