**Job Title: Construction Foreman**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee a team of 3-4 Construction Support Laborers involved in the build-out of a new Solar Panel Facility. The role requires taking orders from general foremen and superintendents while ensuring efficient site operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and manage a crew of construction support laborers.

+ Coordinate with general foremen and superintendents to ensure project goals are met.

+ Perform site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

+ Stage, load, and unload materials efficiently.

+ Assist with pre-assembly and preparation work for trades workers.

+ Facilitate the coordination of materials and inventory.

+ Support mechanical and electrical trades positions.

+ Engage in manual labor tasks as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in general labor and construction.

+ Proficiency in material staging and handling.

+ Ability to follow instructions precisely.

+ Familiarity with hand tools, concrete, carpentry, and construction trades.

+ Capability in site cleanup and maintenance.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in construction labor is preferred.

+ Skilled in following instructions and working on daily task sheets.

+ Proficiency in site clean-up practices.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Hemlock, Michigan.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
