Pay: $100/hr, W2 ONLY

Employment Type: W2 Contract - 24 Months - NO C2C

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and integrations, with a strong understanding of data modeling and Salesforce best practices. A background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly desirable.

This is a strategic and technical role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with platform standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components

Implement and optimize Salesforce Data Models to support complex business processes

Create and manage external system integrations using APIs and other tools

Write efficient queries using SOQL and SOSL

Utilize Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices for version control and deployments

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Ensure best practices are followed in terms of scalability, performance, and security

Leverage Salesforce FSC features for financial services solutions, if applicable

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent through a combination of education, training, consulting, or military service

Proficiency in:

Salesforce Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components

Salesforce Data Modeling

External Integrations on Salesforce Platform

SOQL/SOSL

Salesforce DX

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design patterns

Experience working in agile development environments

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect, FSC Specialist)

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce deployment automation

Background in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is a plus
