Setting: Hybrid

Hybrid: Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support development and implementation of the Power Grid Operation Transmission Cybersecurity Program, to ensure the security and resilience of our electric grid and associated systems. Your role will involve the successful development, direction, management, and implementation of the new Cybersecurity CS200 Series requirements for Transmission. Close partnership with business leadership, cybersecurity analysts, and other operational technology teams is essential. You will be collaborating with transmission business subject matter experts to balance the benefits and available resources with the risks and monitor the execution of cybersecurity-related work performance.
The ability to lead through influence and communicate with clarity of thought while understanding business, security, and technical requirements is crucial. Exceptional collaboration skills are a must for fostering effective working relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders.
Process design, documentation, and training
Develop, update, and review administrative and technical procedures to incorporate new cybersecurity standards and requirements.
Develop unique technical solutions for new standards and requirements related to the cybersecurity program.
Designs, revises and implements solutions to meet cybersecurity and business needs. Helps to manage change and communications across multiple departments.
Develop and implement operational cybersecurity training matrices, material, and delivery.
Translate and document business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Contribute to and help maintain and update process documentation repositories.
Document current-state business processes and opportunities for automation.
Develop standard operating procedures; identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Support the execution of processes and procedures.
Conduct assessments/metrics of applications and business processes to help manage security risks.
Project Management, Collaboration
Participate on and lead small/medium-scale initiatives for new enterprise cybersecurity standards and requirements
Directly interfaces with internal business areas and subject matter experts regarding interfacing cybersecurity-related topics.
Coordinate and work with subject matter experts from a variety of disciplines and support organizations to provide business and system requirements and validation for business & cybersecurity projects
Work with subject matter experts to ensure project goals are met and/or issues are escalated, classified, and documented properly.
Define and develop key metrics to measure system/business performance.
Develops and maintains standards and best practices across multiple business units
Participate in the development and implementation of complex cybersecurity tools that provide automation to cybersecurity processes.
Participate in/lead collaboration for complex problem solving and providing leadership between regions for common, repeatable, and accurate solutions, processes, workflows, and job plan instructions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related degree
Minimum 12 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience with program and system implementation and change management
Understanding and comprehension of the industry standard Cybersecurity framework(s), such as NIST CSF, CMMC, ISA/IEC 62443, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
Practical experience implementing NIST or other industry standard cybersecurity frameworks
Understanding of OT network technologies, protocols, assets, devices
Knowledge of NERC CIP reliability standards and Operational Technology security controls
Knowledge of existing and emerging organizational technologies, issues, processes, and practices
Additional Qualifications
Experience in the utility industry.
