**Job Title: Shipping and Inventory Clerk**

**Job Description**

As a Shipping and Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of inventory using our ERP system and through physical cycle counts. You will work with inbound and outbound freight carriers and freight forwarders to guarantee accurate and timely shipments, complete with the necessary documentation. Your responsibilities will involve handling large volumes of shipments, recording weights and dimensions for packing and shipping, and entering them into the ERP system. Additionally, you will read process forms and input data into the ERP system, apply commercial invoices to packages, and assist in identifying and implementing new procedures to expedite shipments and create cost savings. Maintaining speed and accuracy in communication and ERP data entry will be essential as you respond to a high volume of emails.

**Responsibilities**

+ Track inventory through ERP system and physical cycle counts.

+ Assist in reconciliation issues as they arise.

+ Coordinate with freight carriers and freight forwarders for accurate and timely shipments.

+ Handle large volumes of shipments efficiently.

+ Record weights and dimensions for packing and shipping purposes, entering data into the ERP system.

+ Read process forms and input data into the ERP system.

+ Apply commercial invoices to packages as required.

+ Identify new procedures to expedite import and export of shipments and create cost savings.

+ Respond to a large volume of emails while maintaining speed and accuracy in communication and ERP data entry.

**Essential Skills**

+ Shipping and receiving experience

+ Proficiency in inventory control and logistics

+ Experience with SAP

+ Ability to use Excel for data entry and tracking

+ Strong communication skills for email correspondence

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior logistics experience

+ Proficiency in order selection and kitting

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
