Location: Carolina Chimney Services, Gray Court, SC
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $12/ Hour
About Us: Carolina Chimney Services is a locally trusted company providing high-quality exterior chimney care and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team and help support our daily operations.
Position Overview: The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and inquiries. This role involves managing the schedule through our software system, communicating with customers about appointments, and preparing estimates. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments using our software system
Communicate with customers about scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment confirmations
Prepare and complete customer estimates
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and schedules
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery
Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
